Returns
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at storerubakha@gmail.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item received).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you received a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement.
Personalized Items
All personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective due to our error.
