i ordered this product around christmas time last year and we had some difficulties with customs at the border which was not the sellers fault. the seller was always quick to respond, extremely nice, and kept me updated me on the situation. he even offered to make me a new collar if i needed it. when customs released the collar the seller gave me a new tracking number and i was able to track the package without issue. i have now received the package and the collar is beautiful and was worth the wait. it’s high quality and seems to be durable and it fits my dog perfectly. i would be willing to order again and have recommended this shop to my friend.
